Location

Jacobs University

Campus Ring 1 28759 Bremen Germany

Description

The Jacobs Career Symposium is organized by the Career Services Center at Jacobs University in cooperation with the Jacobs Alumni Association and aims to foster a constructive discussion as well as networking opportunities between Jacobs Alumni from all over the world, current students, professors, employers and further sector specialists.

This year's topic:

Ways of Innovation -

What is driving societal and economic change today?”

Theme: Innovation seems to be the cure-all in current debates on the rapid changes that we as societies, economies and cultures are facing today. But what exactly does “innovation” mean?

The Symposium will allow Jacobs Alumni to share their perspectives on working as enablers or drivers of innovation and encourage a discussion on the ways in which innovation is perceived and shaped by its different players. They will reflect on how Jacobs University prepared them to be innovators and the relevance of innovation for students and alumni in their personal and career development.
